Cameron Collier
We are excited to announce that Cameron Collier has completed Semper Tek’s “Superintendent-in-Training” Program. Cameron has been with Semper Tek for 3 years. He has OSHA 30-Certifications, Multiple Traffic Control Certifications, including Supervisor qualifications. Additionally, Cameron is currently pursuing QCMS certifications and has an extensive knowledge and understanding of infectious control. Cameron was identified to participate in this program due to numerous factors. These attributes included his eagerness, willingness to learn, and his overall commitment to Semper Tek’s success. During the progression, Cameron had a lot of things simply thrown at him. These included bouncing around from campus to campus, swinging from day shift to night shift erratically, and immediate responses to unforeseen needs across multiple job sites. The intention of the program was to afford Cameron the opportunity to work under multiple supervisors and build his experience from each.
Congratulations to Cameron for not only eagerly pursuing advancement within Semper Tek but also expanding his career.
