Semper Tek, Inc. hosted its annual company meeting December 9-10th at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. The firm was excited to bring its employees and their guests back together again after taking a break from
in-person meetings in 2020.
Despite the pandemic, Semper Tek, Inc. has continued to grow in number of employees and expand its client base over the past two years since the team last met together. For several members of our staff, this meeting was the first time they had met some of their co-workers face-to-face due to the expanded regions where our jobsites are located.
During the meeting, Scott Matheny, Founder & President, covered a variety of topics related to the past and current state of the firm. The main topics shared included:

Following the company meeting, Semper Tek, Inc. hosted a Christmas Party Cocktail Reception for our employees and their guests. The festivities included raffle prizes for employees, photographs with their date, and enjoyable conversation.
We are very thankful to have been able to host our employees at the Opryland Hotel. In between our organized events, we all enjoyed the wonderful light displays and decorations that fill the hotel. It truly was a wonderful time to bring our team together.
