Semper Tek, Inc. received the Kentucky Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Certification on August 18, 2016. Our firm is one of the first nine businesses in the Commonwealth of Kentucky to obtain the newly-created certification.
Governor Bevin signs House Bill 183 into law on August 5, 2016 in Frankfort, KY.
Semper Tek, Inc. is already verified through the Federal verification program. This new program creates additional opportunity to compete for contracts with state agencies.
The KY program was created through the legislative process earlier this year. HB 183 established the KY SDVOSB Certification as a way to promote and enhance business opportunities for Veterans in the Commonwealth and other states with SDVOSB certification programs.
